I am so fascinated by this idea. So far it’s the one I think I find most convincing about what happens when we die-- the idea of a soul journey and learning different things in different lives. (That or we join the big bright light of love and divinity when we die??). But I do wonder, with my skeptical side, about what’s going on in the past life regression: like you said, is it emotional stuff being reflected or is it actually past lives? And with the time as an illusion thing: will our lives always calculate chronologically (no overlap in time), or can you be in multiple lives and times (as an illusion) at once?

SO MANY QUESTIONS. I do think it’s awesome to be learning from your experiences about this and I’m so curious!

Thanks for a great comment, Christine and for your curiosity! I am fascinated too, and I have so many questions. If it's a psychological experience, why and how does my mind generate the story so easily, almost like watching a movie? Fiction writing *never* goes that easily. If it is "real," why do some "facts" seem incorrect or unverifiable? Is my mind sometimes misinterpreting what I see while describing the life? Then there are so many questions about time and reality, heaven/soul realms, and soul connections (which feel so profound in my experience!). I hope to explore further, but my logical mind generates more questions than I can answer. Ultimately, these lives are deeply meaningful for me (and for others in some cases) on both the psychological and spiritual levels, and maybe that's the best measure of their value. What I enjoy most about it all is the soul journey you mentioned and the soul connections--that learning, growth, and love are built into our essential nature, and we are all souls on an adventure of discovery.
