I loved the part about imagination, Chuck. Why do we dismiss the imagination - like it isn’t “real” - when it is in us?? Also the sending love, even if you don’t feel loving was very relatable 😅

Thank you so much, Lindsey! I appreciate your affirmation. So much of what we humans understand and create begins as imagination. As a concrete example, the cell phone I’m texting on began in imagination as a “communicator” on Star Trek in 1966 (my fave show at 13 years old)!! Spiritual understanding can also begin in imagination.

Thank you for sharing this window into your spiritual journey! There's a lot of wisdom here. I especially appreciated your note about the freedom we each have not to stay in communities that are not healthy or right for us. Thanks for your words!

Thanks for reading, Christine! I realize now, the "simple guide" isn't so simple! Maybe a good way to make it easier is to create a mnemonic. I could say I practice the three M's: Meditation, Mindfulness, and 'Magination (sorry for that last one--LOL)! The first two create inner peacefulness, and iMagination helps me extend my perspective beyond my own limited physical viewpoint--to expand myself out to the stars, to move light and energy up and down through my body to heal and awaken it, to share the light with all beings, and to experience the Oneness. If the goal is to be more peaceful, joyful, and connected, it's working for me! I hope it will work for you and others too!
